For an older hotel my room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating during check in and answered all my questions about my stay.

well, the breakfast could have been a little better but other than that it was still ok. My bed was so comfortable I did not want to move I really didn't want to leave it was so quiet and relaxing.

What a great location! Easy to walk to the plaza and everything it had to offer, and it was also so cool to be 5 minutes walk from two very cool art galleries!!!

The front desk staff were so very helpful, especially Donna (hope I recalled her name). Close to Nelson Atkins and tucked in a neighborhood that seemed distant but was great location for the value.
