well, the breakfast could have been a little better but other than that it was still ok. My bed was so comfortable I did not want to move I really didn't want to leave it was so quiet and relaxing.

How nice and welcoming the front desk was ,they were also extremely helpful and were not rude whatsoever.

Price - it was a deal compared to surrounding properties Staff was awesome

The front desk staff were so very helpful, especially Donna (hope I recalled her name). Close to Nelson Atkins and tucked in a neighborhood that seemed distant but was great location for the value.
